  • 200 g Flour

  • 100 g Caster sugar

  • 6 Eggs

  • 50 cl Milk

  • 300 g Mirabelle plums

Préparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Put the flour and sugar in a bowl. Make a well and add the eggs. Stir and gradually pour in the milk.

If you don't have a mould, place baking paper in the steam basket to create one.

Etape 4 /6

Pour the mixture into the mould. Add the mirabelle plums. Pour 200 ml of water into the cooking bowl and position the steam basket.
