1.5 *Small red onion, chopped
1 càs *Chopped fresh coriander
2 *Garlic clove, chopped
2 càs *Chopped parsley
100 g *Breadcrumbs
12.5 cl *Whole milk
900 g *Turkey breast
2 càs *Olive oil
2 càs *Wholegrain mustard
35 cl *Vegetable stock
*Salt, pepper
1 *Jar of cranberry sauce

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Make the stuffing by mixing celery, onion, sage, garlic and parsley. Combine with the breadcrumbs and milk. Spread this over the turkey breast, then roll it up and tie it together.
