  • 3 *Sticks of celery, chopped

  • 1.5 *Small red onion, chopped

  • 1 càs *Chopped fresh coriander

  • 2 *Garlic clove, chopped

  • 2 càs *Chopped parsley

  • 100 g *Breadcrumbs

  • 12.5 cl *Whole milk

  • 900 g *Turkey breast

  • 2 càs *Olive oil

  • 2 càs *Wholegrain mustard

  • 35 cl *Vegetable stock

  • *Salt, pepper

  • 1 *Jar of cranberry sauce

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Make the stuffing by mixing celery, onion, sage, garlic and parsley. Combine with the breadcrumbs and milk. Spread this over the turkey breast, then roll it up and tie it together.

*Add the oil to the pan. Brown for 5 minutes on each side. Then add the stock, mustard and seasoning.
