  • 550 g Mascarpone

  • 6 Biscuit à la cuillère

  • 0.5 càc Café instantané

  • 0.5 càc Cacao en poudre

  • 150 ml Lait

  • 150 g Crème fraîche

  • 30 g Sucre en poudre

Préparation

Etape 1 /3

Mixer tous les ingrédients au pied mixeur dans un récipient. Verser la préparation dans l'appareil.

  • 0.5càc Café instantané
  • 0.5càc Cacao en poudre
  • 150ml Lait
  • 150g Crème fraîche
  • 30g Sucre en poudre
