Ingrédients

  • 500 g Cooked haricot beans (in cookeo or from a jar)

  • 200 g Seitan in large pieces

  • 2 Vegetarian sausage, cut in two

  • 2 Carrot, peeled and cut lengthways then into chunks

  • 200 g Tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 Onion, cut into quarters and studded with 2 cloves

  • 2 tsp Tomato purée

  • 1 Bouquet garni

  • Oil, salt, pepper

  • 200 ml Vegetable stock

Prepare the ingredients.

  • 500g Cooked haricot beans (in cookeo or from a jar)
  • 200g Seitan in large pieces
  • 2 Vegetarian sausage, cut in two
  • 2 Carrot, peeled and cut lengthways then into chunks
  • 200g Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Onion, cut into quarters and studded with 2 cloves
  • 2tsp Tomato purée
  • 1 Bouquet garni
  • Oil, salt, pepper
  • 200ml Vegetable stock

Pour the oil into the pan.

  • Oil, salt, pepper

Heat the oil. Cook the onion and carrot for 3 minutes. Add the tomato purée. Stir.

  • 1 Onion, cut into quarters and studded with 2 cloves
  • 2tsp Tomato purée

Etape 4 /6

Add haricot beans, bouquet garni, salt and pepper. Stir. Put the seitan and sausages on top. Pour the stock in.
