Put the unpeeled small pearl onions in the ActiFry. Close the lid.

Set the onions aside in a bowl of cold water.

Peel the onions. Peel and thinly slice the mushrooms, carrots, garlic and celery sticks.

Remove the zest from the lemon and cut out the segments.
