Preheat your oven to 140°C (gas mark 5). Arrange the slices of smoked bacon on a baking tray. Dry in the oven for 15 minutes.

Wash and peel the asparagus. Arrange the asparagus spears in the steam basket. Pour the water into the pressure cooker.

Position the steam basket in the pressure cooker. Close the lid. As soon as the steam is released, reduce the heat source and leave it to cook for the indicated time. During cooking, check that the valve murmurs regularly.

Open the pressure cooker. Wash it. Crack the eggs and beat them. Add the nutmeg and season. Cook the eggs in the pressure cooker. Stir the eggs using a spatula, until the mixture sticks together. Add the cream when the cooking is nearly finished.

Serve the scrambled eggs in shallow bowls and arrange 4 or 5 asparagus spears on top for each person. Sprinkle with parsley. Decorate with the smoked bacon pieces and diced Parmesan cheese.
