White chocolate Magic


Pour 2 personnes

  • 100 g white chocolate
  • ¼ apple, peeled
  • ¼ pear, peeled
  • 1 square plain chocolate
  • 200 ml milk


Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, gradually adding the milk.

Allow to melt slowly while mixing gently.

Pour the mixture into the blender, add the apple and pear, and mix for 25 seconds on speed 1. Pour the mixture into a glass.

Grind the square of dark chocolate with the mini-grinder to a powder, using several pulses on speed 2. Sprinkle the chocolate onto the drink.
