120 g Zachte boter
1 snuifje Zout

Leg de boter uit de koelkast om ze zachter te maken.

Doe de bloem, de zachte boter en het zout in de mengkom van de keukenmachine met het kneed-/breekmes. Sluit het deksel en klik op 'Start'.

Voeg water toe. Sluit het deksel met de vulstop en druk op 'Start'. Laat draaien totdat er een bol wordt gevormd.

Omwikkel het deeg met vershoudfolie. Laat 30 minuten rusten in de koelkast.
